ABB ACS310-03E-34A1-4 is a variable frequency drive from the ACS310 series for quadratic loads such as pumps, supply and return fans and other speed-controlled industrial drives. The three-phase version operates at input voltages from 380 to 480 V and at 50/60 Hz. Normal operation is specified with 15 kW output power and 34.1 A output current, while 31 A is stated for light-overload use. The apparent power is 24 kVA. Integrated PID controllers and pump and fan control allow the drive to respond to pressure, flow or other process values. Communication uses Modbus, with RS-232 and RS-485 listed as hardware interfaces. Two analog inputs, one analog output, five digital inputs and one digital output support signal processing in the control cabinet. The drive has an IP20 rating, R4 frame size and a module design for cabinet building. Its documented external dimensions are 423 × 243 × 260 mm with a net weight of 5.4 kg. During replacement, the complete ACS310-03E-34A1-4 type number, ABB product ID 3AUA0000039636, mains class, motor power, current, I/O assignment and communication parameters must match.
