ABB ACS850-04-202A-5 is an ACS850 Machinery Drive module in frame size E. The mains connection uses 3 AC 380–500 V at 50–60 Hz ±5 %. Rated output current is 202 A and maximum output current is 282 A. In no-overload use, the version provides 110 kW motor power at 400 V and 132 kW at 500 V. Changing load profiles use 184 A in light-duty operation and 141 A with 75 kW at 400 V in heavy-duty operation. Power loss is 2310 W. A cooling airflow of 405 m³/h carries losses through the module. Option code +E210 identifies the EMC/RFI filter for category C3 in the second environment. +J400 identifies the control panel mounted on the module, while +R704 identifies the printed Danish manual. This option sequence belongs to the complete device version. The rectangular module enclosure has separate areas for power terminals, control terminals and cooling airflow. Frame size E measures 700 mm high, 312 mm wide and 465 mm deep. Complete external dimensions are therefore 700 × 312 × 465 mm. Device weight is 67 kg. No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
