The ABB CDP311 combines operation and display in one panel. Its LCD presents four lines with 20 characters each. Flat, labelled push-buttons provide navigation and input. Four keypad modes are available: Actual Signal Display, Parameter, Function and Drive Selection. Three actual signals can be shown simultaneously in Actual Signal Display mode. The fault history contains the five most recent faults. Operating commands include start, stop, changing the direction of rotation and setting the reference. Parameter mode allows parameters to be selected and values to be changed. Function mode includes upload, download and display-contrast adjustment. Drive Selection mode shows the drive type, its ID number and the number of connected drives. The factory-set panel ID of the CDP311 is 31. Communication uses Panel Link or the CDI-300 communication bus based on RS-485. The CDP311 is associated with the ACS 600 drive range and is also used with DCS-500B-, DCF-500B- and DCP-500B converters of the corresponding software generation. The panel can be mounted directly on the drive, on a control-cabinet door using a mounting kit, or remotely via a connection cable. Connection to the electronics is permitted while auxiliary power is present. The enclosure is 90 mm wide, 170 mm high and 30 mm deep. Net weight is 0.20 kg. The complete public variant designation remains CDP311. Its technical data include the display version, the four keypad modes, Panel Link and the relevant software generation. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?

A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.
Which payment terms apply?
The payment terms stated in the checkout or order confirmation apply. Depending on the order and customer, payment is made in advance or against invoice.
International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect. Details in Section 12 of the Terms.
Can I request individual pricing for several items?
