The ABB DSQC1006 is the single-channel DeviceNet master/slave PCI Express board identified by ABB article number 3HAC043383-001. The ABB application manual assigns it to the DSQC1000 main computer of the IRC5 controller platform. On a DeviceNet network, the same board can perform the master and slave roles simultaneously. ABB documents DeviceNet specification release 2.0 and the three data rates 125, 250 and 500 kbit/s. Communication uses the predefined master/slave Group 2 Client connection set; Group 2 Only Client for master operation and Group 2 Server for the internal device are also documented. The electrical network connection has five pins. Pin 1 carries V− or 0 V, pin 2 CANL, pin 3 the shield, pin 4 CANH and pin 5 V+ at 24 V DC. The documented conductor colours are black, blue, bare shield, white and red. A COMM LED indicates the bus condition: off means offline, flashing green means online without a configured device, solid green means that at least one configured device has been found, and red identifies bus-off. Current ABB documentation also lists the DSQC1006 as a DeviceNet board for OmniCore C30, with the harness listed separately. The official product data give a length of 180 mm, width of 85 mm and height of 20 mm, with a net weight of 0.06 kg. DSQC1006, 3HAC043383-001, the PCI Express form and single-channel DeviceNet master/slave function provide the exact identification features.
