Beckhoff Automation CX5020-0111 operates without a fan as an Embedded PC in the CX5000 range. This exact version combines a CPU module with an E-bus connection, Microsoft Windows Embedded CE 6.0 and TwinCAT-2-PLC-Runtime. Its processor is an Intel Atom Z530 running at 1.6 GHz; internal memory comprises 512 MB RAM and could be factory-fitted with 1 GB. An interchangeable 128 MB Compact Flash card forms the internal storage medium in the basic configuration. Network communication is provided by two independent RJ45 interfaces supporting 10/100/1000 Mbit/s. Four USB-2.0 connections and one DVI-D output are also included. The integrated indicators comprise one power LED, one TwinCAT status LED, one flash access indicator and two bus status LEDs. The module uses a 24 V DC supply with a tolerance of −15 % to +20 %. A current supply of 2 A is provided for connected I/O terminals; maximum power loss including system interfaces is 12.5 W. The internal electronics have dielectric strength of 500 Veff against the supply. The specified operating temperature extends from −25 °C to +60 °C, with storage from −40 °C to +85 °C. The IP20 housing mounts on a DIN rail. Measuring 100 × 106 × 92 mm and weighing approximately 575 g, the unit also contains a battery-backed clock for date and time.

What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
