Within the CX5100 range, CX5120-0155 denotes the version with Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2016 LTSB in 64 Bit and the preinstalled TwinCAT-3 runtime XAR, without included TwinCAT licenses. An Intel Atom E3815 with one core and 1.46 GHz serves as the processing unit; the permanently installed main memory comprises 2 GB DDR3-RAM. Slots for one CFast card and one microSD card are available for flash media, although the cards are not part of the CPU module. Two independent RJ45 interfaces transmit at 10/100/1000 MBit/s. Four USB-2.0 connections, one DVI-I interface and one slot for an optional interface are also present. The I/O level automatically recognizes E-bus or K-bus terminals. An integrated 1-second UPS writes up to 1 MB to the CFast card. The CX5120 uses passive cooling and has an internal battery-backed clock. Five diagnostic indicators cover power, TwinCAT status, flash access and two bus status signals. The supply voltage is 24 V DC with −15 % to +20 %. A current of 2 A is available for the E-bus or K-bus. Maximum power consumption is 11 W and 18 W while charging the UPS. The housing has IP20, measures 122 × 100 × 92 mm and weighs approximately 975 g. The operating temperature range is −25 to +60 °C.

The CX5120-0155 version includes Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2016 LTSB in 64 Bit and the TwinCAT-3 runtime XAR; TwinCAT licenses are not included.
Which standard interfaces are present on the CX5120-0155?
Two RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet interfaces, four USB-2.0 connections, one DVI-I interface and one slot for an optional interface are present.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect. Details in Section 12 of the Terms.
