Bosch Rexroth DDS02.2-W200-BE23-01-FW is a digital modular drive controller for Indramat DIAX03 servo systems. The base unit operates from a 300 V DC link with a tolerance of ±15 %. The manual lists a maximum peak current of 200-A with 65 A continuous current and another operating point of 90 A peak current with 90 A maximum continuous current. This 200-A class and its ratings place the unit in a high-current controller class for servo axes whose supply, motor and load profile are matched to the DDS02.2-W200 platform. The W cooling version transfers its losses to the air inside the control cabinet. Cabinet ventilation or air conditioning must therefore dissipate the generated heat. The unit measures approximately 105 × 390 × 325 mm and weighs approximately 7.5 kg. Operation without derating is specified from 0 to 45 °C and at installation altitudes up to 1,000 m; the degree of protection is IP20. Internal supply rails provide +24-V and ±15-V for the control electronics and option modules. The B/E design combines digital servo and resolver feedback with SERCOS communication. BE23-01 identifies the specific functional version, while FW denotes separately assigned firmware. Other DDS02.2-W200 versions, including DDS02.2-W200-BE24-02-FW or BE30-01-FW, may share basic electrical and mechanical data but are not automatically interchangeable.
