Bosch Rexroth DDS02.2-W200-BE24-02-FW is designed for modular servo axes within the Indramat DIAX03 system. The DDS02.2-W200 base unit is supplied from a 300 V DC link with a tolerance of ±15 %. The manufacturer's manual documents two relevant current assignments: a maximum peak current of 200-A with 65 A continuous current, and a peak current of 90 A with a maximum continuous current of 90 A. These ratings define a high-output controller size for machines whose motor and supply design is matched precisely to the DDS-W200 platform. In the W version, cooling is provided entirely by the air inside the control cabinet. The resulting heat is therefore released into the cabinet; installed fans, filters and air-conditioning equipment must be designed for this operating mode. The IP20 unit is approx. 105 mm wide, 390 mm high and 325 mm deep. It weighs approx. 7.5 kg. Operation without derating is specified from 0 to 45 °C and at installation altitudes up to 1,000 m. The base unit's internal supplies provide +24-V and ±15 V for control electronics and option modules. In the type code, B denotes digital servo and resolver feedback, while E denotes the SERCOS command interface. The following BE24-02 code defines a specific functional version; FW refers to separately assigned firmware. This exact combination is decisive when selecting a replacement. A DDS02.2-W200 with BE23-01 or BE30-01 may share the same basic mechanical and electrical data but have a different functional configuration. For installation, the type code, plug-in modules, feedback cable, motor assignment, SERCOS ring and firmware must match the existing axis.
