Product description
The Bosch Rexroth TBM1.2-40-W1-220 absorbs regeneratively fed-back energy via its braking resistor. The bleeder module belongs to the TBM series and forms a separate assembly within the electrical drive setup. Its task concerns the energy returning during regenerative operation, which is converted in the resistor. This operating phase occurs when the drive converts mechanical energy into electrical energy. The module takes over the absorption of this fed-back energy on the electrical side. For this version, the braking peak power is 40 kW. The power value explicitly designates the peak value. Cooling is provided internally by air with a built-in fan. Braking resistor and active air guidance are therefore part of the described design. For the heat sink fan, the rated voltage is 220 V AC. This value is assigned to the fan supply, while the power terminals are separately designated L+ and L−. For a specific order with shipping to the United States and other international destinations, this fan version is assigned together with the complete type number. The two marked power connections are located in the lower area of the front. There, a transparent cover encloses the connection area. The stated discharge time is one minute. What does the 220 V AC specification refer to?
The rated voltage of 220 V AC applies to the heat sink fan.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?
The shipping method, shipping cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed for the specific order. Depending on the item, destination and urgency, we can check parcel, express or freight shipping as well as collection.
A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.
Which payment terms apply?
The payment terms stated in the checkout or order confirmation apply. Depending on the order and customer, payment is made in advance or against invoice.
International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
