With its 12-inch display and touch operation, the Bosch Rexroth VDP16.2AKN-G4-NN-NN belongs to the IndraControl VDP series. It is configured as a separate operating and display terminal for connection to a control cabinet PC. The variant has a G4 display interface; CDI is specified as the operator panel interface. The rectangular housing is 360 mm wide, 300 mm high and 70 mm deep. The weight is 4.18 kg. Mounting is carried out via mounting brackets on a flat, mechanically load-bearing surface. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
