Control Techniques SP1203 is a frame-size 1 universal drive in the Unidrive SP series. The basic unit has a three-phase supply connection for 3 AC 200–240 V ±10 %. Normal Duty provides 2.2 kW motor power and 9.6 A output current. Heavy Duty provides 1.5 kW and 7.5 A. In servo operation at 40 °C ambient temperature and 6 kHz switching frequency, continuous current is 7.5 A and peak current reaches 13.1 A. The drive supports open loop, closed loop, and servo control. Open-loop output frequency reaches 3000 Hz. Modbus RTU provides serial communication, while the Smartcard stores parameter sets. The basic unit has IP20 protection. With a correspondingly implemented through-panel installation, the rear reaches IP54. The tall, narrow enclosure has a front operating surface, lateral cooling areas, and a rear mounting contour. Power, motor, and control terminals remain within the outer housing boundaries. Three slots accept SM option modules for communications, feedback, or additional I/O functions. Complete external dimensions are 100 × 368 × 219 mm. Converting the published pound value gives a clearly marked approximate weight of approx. 4.99 kg. The rectangular construction combines power section, control, cooling, and operation in one enclosed basic unit. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
