Product description
Lenze EVS9323-ES combines the servo control of the 9300 series with digital frequency coupling for the electronic gearbox. The ES version processes reference and feedback signals to control an electrical axis. Adjustable gear factors define the ratio between the movement of a follower drive and the reference motion. For frame size 9323, a motor power class of 1.5 kW is specified at 400 V. This assignment applies to a four-pole asynchronous motor and describes the electrical size class of the inverter. At a switching frequency of 8 kHz, the rated output current is 3.9 A. When operating at 16 kHz, the corresponding value is 2.9 A. The three-phase mains connection covers 320 to 528 V AC at 45 to 65 Hz. A resolver connection and an encoder input provide motion feedback. SinCos and TTL incremental encoders as well as SinCos absolute encoders with a Hiperface interface are among the supported encoder systems. The resolver, encoder and digital frequency connection use nine-pin Sub-D connectors. Motor temperature signals from the PTC and thermal contact are connected to separate terminals. For analogue setpoints, the controller has two inputs with ±10 V; one input can alternatively be configured for 0–20 mA. Two analogue outputs are available for signal output. Six digital inputs, including controller enable, and four digital outputs complete the connections. Digital data is exchanged with other components over the CAN system bus. The built-in unit has a width of 97 mm, a height of 350 mm and a depth of 250 mm. The ES functional version is characterised by its electronic gearbox and the associated frequency coupling.

What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
