Lenze EVS9330-ES is a servo inverter from the Lenze 9300 product series. Lenze documentation links the exact type number to the electrical, thermal and mechanical data of this version. Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
