The output-frequency range extends to 550 Hz, while the selectable switching frequencies are 3, 6 and 12 kHz. The fan-cooled unit has STO rated to SIL 3 or PL e, IP20 / NEMA 1 protection and a weight of 7 kg. A second listed output-frequency value extends to 550 Hz and completes the electrical ratings of this drive. The switching-frequency settings are 3, 6 and 12 kHz. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
