Between the HEIDENHAIN PWM interface and the Siemens SIMODRIVE-611-D inverter modules, the Heidenhain 313 437-04 interface board performs two-axis signal conditioning in a single-row configuration. It transmits PWM signals, generates the additionally required inverse signals, and routes drive-system feedback to the control. Within the series, the -04 version is documented as the EMC-enhanced variant. Signal conversion, monitoring, and enable logic are therefore combined in a single, clearly identified plug-in assembly. For monitoring, the board links inverter fault conditions with undervoltage and overvoltage signals. These data appear in the control as READY and TEMPERATURE WARNING signals. Two of the three phase currents are measured for current feedback; the actual current values transmitted to the control are scaled by a factor of three. The control calculates the third phase current from the two measured values. A safety relay is located in the PWM signal path; when the relay is inactive, the signals are not passed through to the inverter. The front-panel indicators consist of a green READY LED and red SH1 and SH2-LEDs for disabled pulse enables. X111 and X112 carry the PWM connections for the two axes or the spindle, X73 provides the enable function, and X351 connects the SIMODRIVE device bus. A front-panel grounding screw connects the protective earth to the central grounding point; the inverter's X131 signal ground is connected to the central machine signal ground. The documented current consumption of the two-axis board is 175 mA at 5.35 V, 90 mA at +15 V, and 2.5 mA at −15 V. For identification, the dimensions of 51 × 25 × 229 mm and the weight of 0.4 kg complement the complete Heidenhain identification number.

What function does the Heidenhain 313 437-04 perform in the SIMODRIVE-611-D system?
The two-axis interface board connects the HEIDENHAIN PWM interface to Siemens inverter modules. It conditions PWM signals and routes fault and voltage monitoring signals to the control.
Which connections and indicators does the 313 437-04 interface board have?
The service manual lists X111 and X112 for PWM, X73 for enable, and X351 for the SIMODRIVE device bus. A green READY LED and red SH1 and SH2 indicators are provided on the front panel.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
