Within the iTNC-530 programming station, Heidenhain 532524-01 denotes a separate programming-station keyboard based on the TE 520 B operating unit. The identification number designates the version in the revised housing with additional buttons for link operating mode, softkeys and the SPEC FCT button for specific TNC functions. This version has neither a touchpad nor potentiometers. Connection to the computer is via USB. After driver installation, the programming-station software detects the operator panel automatically. The software-enabling component installed for this identification number is an Aladin dongle. A further USB port on the rear is available for an additional device, whose current consumption must not exceed 200 mA. The rear of the housing has five receptacles for cable clamps to guide and strain-relieve the USB cable. Depending on the required exit direction, the cable can be routed sideways or straight out. The documented front area of this TE-520-B version measures 400 × 274 mm. The weight of the metal operator panel is conservatively estimated at ca. 3 kg. Identification number, dongle version, button layout and USB connection distinguish Heidenhain 532524-01 from the later 532524-02 version and other programming-station operator panels.

Which dongle belongs to Heidenhain keyboard 532524-01?
Heidenhain assigns an Aladin dongle to identification number 532524-01. The later programming-station keyboard 532524-02 is instead listed with a Marx dongle.
Which USB ports does Heidenhain 532524-01 have?
The programming-station keyboard connects to a PC via USB. A further USB port is located on the rear; the connected device may draw no more than 200 mA.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
