Heidenhain 532729-04 identifies a TTR-ERA-4800 scale drum for a modular incremental angle encoder without integral bearing. The steel ring forms the system’s measuring standard and is combined with a separate scanning head. Its line count is 7000 signal periods with an 80 µm grating period. Graduation accuracy is ±2.5 arc seconds, while interpolation error within one signal period is ±0.93 arc seconds. One reference mark provides a defined angular reference. Inside diameter is 120 mm and outside diameter is 178.55 mm. The 140 mm bolt circle contains six holes, each with a diameter of 5.5 mm. A centering collar is part of this version’s geometry. For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
