The control housing of the Heidenhain HR330-251534-11 combines manual axis selection and incremental machine movement in a portable handwheel. Its front panel provides keys for five axes, rapid traverse, and positive and negative direction of movement. An enabling switch is positioned opposite the star grip, while an EMERGENCY STOP key is integrated into the control unit. During manual axis movement, the handwheel is evaluated only while the enabling switch is pressed. Magnetic contact surfaces are provided for placing the unit at its designated machine position. ID no. 251 534 11 identifies the HR-330 version with a coiled cable. Fully extended, this cable reaches 2.2 m. Connection to the logic unit is made through the cable adapter with ID no. 249 889 and the 9-pin handwheel input. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
