The Lenze E82ZAFAC010 belongs to the Application I/O PT version of the 8200 vector series. As an I/O function module, it forms the interface between the frequency inverter and analogue or digital control signals. The connection to the base device is made via FIF; the external signal lines are connected to plug-in terminal strips. This PT version is identified by the complete order number E82ZAFAC010. Two inputs are available for analogue signal acquisition. They can be switched between voltage and current signals and operate with a resolution of 10 bits. The voltage range extends from 0 to ±10 V, and the current ranges cover 0 to 20 mA or 4 to 20 mA. The two analogue outputs also have a resolution of 10 bits. For voltage output, 0 to 10 V at a maximum of 2 mA is specified; 0 to 20 mA or 4 to 20 mA is provided as a current signal. The digital section comprises seven inputs and two outputs. Two of the digital inputs can be used as a two-track frequency input with up to 10 kHz. In addition, the module has an HTL frequency output with up to 10 kHz. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
