The Lenze E84AYCETV/S communication module connects an 8400-series frequency inverter to an EtherCAT network. It is installed as a plug-in assembly in the MCI slot and provides two network connections as 2 × RJ45. A separate 24-V connection supplies the module. The CoE (CANopen over EtherCAT) communication profile carries process and parameter data over the same fieldbus. Its documented transfer rate is 100 MBit/s in full-duplex mode. The Lenze manual assigns the assembly to 8400 StateLine, 8400 HighLine and 8400 TopLine versions. Status indicators on the module support assessment of supply, device connection and bus state. The IP20 degree of protection identifies the construction for protected installation in a control cabinet or the designated inverter slot. The complete E84AYCETV/S type code is decisive for unambiguous identification; /S is therefore part of the product identifier and must remain in the comparison. The Lenze dimension drawing specifies a width of 67 mm, a height of 50 mm and a total depth of 57 mm. Complete external dimensions are therefore 57 × 67 × 50 mm in depth × width × height order. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect. Details in Section 12 of the Terms.
