Expansion modules connect Lenze E94ASHE0244 to different industrial communication structures. The single-drive base unit belongs to the 9400 HighLine servo-inverter range and uses frame size 3 for cabinet installation. Its control functions cover speed, torque and position. Feedback can use a resolver and a universal multi-encoder input, while the designated 9400 communication modules add fieldbus functions. The three-phase mains side covers 180 to 550 V AC at 45 to 65 Hz. Motor power for 400-V operation is 11 kW. The output provides up to 500 V AC, a maximum of 599 Hz and 23.5 A; stated output power is 14.7 kVA. The DC bus operates from 455 to 620 V DC with a nominal value of 565 V DC. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
