With a housing width of 60 mm, Lenze E94AMHE0024 MULTI is the smallest power rating among the servo axis modules in the 9400 HighLine Multi Drive range. The version is assigned to a typical motor power of 0.37 kW for a four-pole asynchronous motor. It is supplied from the shared DC bus, with an admissible voltage range of 460 to 740 V DC. At a rated switching frequency of 8 kHz, the rated output current is 1.5 A. The listed output currents are 1.9 A at both 2 and 4 kHz and 1.1 A at 16 kHz. Overload data distinguishes between 2.8 A for 60 seconds and 6.0 A for 0.5 seconds. Rated DC-bus current is 2.6 A and power loss is 0.10 kW. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
