The Lenze EPM-H310 is a text operator panel from the EPM-H300 product series. It provides compact indication and input at machine and plant controls belonging to this device family. The integrated LCD text display presents 2 × 20 characters. Its visible display area measures 73.5 × 11.5 mm. Individual characters use a 5 × 7 dot matrix and measure 3.2 × 5.5 mm. A total of 48 kB program memory is available for the application. Supply voltage is 24 V DC, with a documented operating range from 18 to 32 V DC. Communication with the automation system uses a CAN fieldbus connection. Up to 63 nodes are specified for a corresponding fieldbus network. Service and transfer tasks use the ASP8 service interface via RS-232. A real-time clock is not integrated in this version. International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
