Lenze EPM-H310 is a compact operator panel for displaying and entering machine information in industrial automation systems. Its integrated LCD text display shows 2 × 20 characters, while the visible area measures 73.5 × 11.5 mm. A 5 × 7 dot matrix and a character size of 3.2 × 5.5 mm support a clear presentation of status messages, setpoints, fault texts and simple operator instructions. The application has 48 kB of program memory available. The unit is supplied with 24 V DC within the documented range of 18 to 32 V DC. The panel uses CAN fieldbus for system communication and supports up to 63 participants. Its ASP8 service interface operates via RS-232 and provides the intended service and engineering connection. A real-time clock is not integrated in this version. With external dimensions of 166 × 86 × 41 mm and a required panel cutout of 157 × 77 mm, the operator panel can be assigned precisely in mechanical terms. During replacement, the complete type number, supply, CAN topology, participant address, bus termination, project file and key assignment must match the existing device. The cutout, installation depth and connectors should also be checked before installation. The EPM-H310 is therefore particularly suitable as a type-specific spare part for existing Lenze operator stations where machine sequences are guided through compact text messages. Its documented display, memory, interface and dimensional data support maintenance and retrofit work without assuming general interchangeability with other EPM-HMI variants. Before commissioning, the existing operator application should be backed up and the communication setup restored in accordance with the machine documentation.

Which payment methods are available?

As a rule, we offer purchase on account for all customers. In individual cases, such as new customers or particularly high-value components, we may agree advance payment. This decision is made individually and communicated transparently.
Can we return items if they were ordered incorrectly?
Because we sell exclusively to business customers (B2B), there is no general right of return and no consumer right of withdrawal.
Please note that returns of functioning goods are generally excluded. In justified exceptional cases, we can assess an individual solution, but this is not the standard procedure.
