Lenze EVF8201-E is a frequency inverter from the 8200 series. The opened Lenze manual lists order number EVF8201-E in the table for types 8201 to 8204 and assigns it a motor power rating of 0.37 kW or 0.5 hp. The inverter operates from a single-phase mains supply. Its documented mains voltage range is 190 to 260 V AC at 45 to 65 Hz. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
