Product description

Within the Lenze 9300 series, the EVS9323-EP is a servo positioning controller. The series distinguishes this positioning version from separate variants for standard servo control, register control and electronic cam. The controller performs the positioning function within the drive system. Its power rating is specified for a four-pole induction motor with 1.5 kW on a 400 or 480 volt three-phase mains supply. The permitted mains voltage range is 320 to 528 V at 45 to 65 Hz. Alternatively, it can be supplied with 460 to 740 V DC. For the specific quotation with shipping from Germany to the United States and other international destinations arranged on an order-specific basis, the positioning version is identified by its full designation EVS9323-EP. At the output, the selected switching frequency determines the current: under the normal load profile, 3.9 A is available at 8 kHz and 2.9 A at 16 kHz. Apparent output power at 8 kHz is 2.7 kVA at 400 V and 3.2 kVA at 480 V. Higher current values apply to time-limited load cycles. At 8 kHz, maximum output current is 5.9 A for one minute, followed by two minutes at base load with 75 percent of the respective rated current. At 16 kHz, the peak value for the same load cycle is 4.4 A. These short-time values must be distinguished from continuous-current values. Mains-side wiring also affects current consumption: 3.9 A is specified with a mains filter and 5.5 A without one. Power dissipation at rated current is 140 W. The unit measures 97 millimetres in width, 350 millimetres in height and 250 millimetres in depth.

Lenze EVS9323-EP The item supplied will have the stated manufacturer or type number and the stated condition category. Serial number, manufacturing date, labels, colour, packaging and normal signs of use or storage may differ.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Contact us
How do the output currents differ at 8 and 16 kHz?

Under the normal load profile, output current is 3.9 A at 8 kHz and 2.9 A at 16 kHz. Short-time overload values apply only with their corresponding load cycles.

What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?

For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.

In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?

The shipping method, shipping cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed for the specific order. Depending on the item, destination and urgency, we can check parcel, express or freight shipping as well as collection.

A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.

Which payment terms apply?

The payment terms stated in the checkout or order confirmation apply. Depending on the order and customer, payment is made in advance or against invoice.

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?

No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect. Details in Section 12 of the Terms.

Can I request individual pricing for several items?

You may request an individual quotation for several items or larger quantities. We then check availability and pricing for the specific requirement; there is no entitlement to a quantity discount. Open the quick enquiry.

Do you also purchase industrial spare parts?

Yes. You can offer us automation and drive components for purchase. Please provide complete type numbers, quantities, condition details and photographs where possible.

After review, we will tell you whether a purchase is possible and on which terms. Learn more about selling industrial stock.
