Product description
With a width of 97 mm, the Lenze EVF9323-EV is one of the narrow designs of the 9300 vector series. The frequency inverter is listed as a standard version with a rated power of 1.5 kW and an output current of 3.9 A. Its system role is the electrical control of the motor drive; mains connection, inverter and motor side form the essential areas of the drive chain. For the supply, this version has a three-phase connection with protective earth conductor. The permissible mains voltage range extends from 320 to 528 V AC, the frequency range from 45 to 65 Hz. These input variables must be distinguished from the power rating and the output current. In standard mounting, two rails fix the controller at the installation location. The corresponding external dimensions comprise 97 mm width, 384 mm height and 250 mm depth. Above and below the device, a clearance of at least 100 mm is provided in each case. This clearance is part of the mounting arrangement and must be taken into account in addition to the actual device height. For an order with shipping from Germany to the United States and other international destinations, the identifier EVF9323-EV is decisive for the assignment of this standard design. The EV version is also listed in the mounting concept with thermal separation through the mounting surface. The separate mounting kit EJ0037 is provided for this; its arrangement has different installation dimensions from the standard fixing. The corresponding cut-out measures 101 mm in width and 350 mm in height. These cut-out dimensions describe the mounting surface and are not external device dimensions. Which dimensions apply to standard mounting?
The manufacturer drawing for standard mounting with fixing rails specifies 97 × 384 × 250 mm. Above and below, a clearance of at least 100 mm is provided in each case.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?

A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
