Lenze EVS9323-ETV911 is a servo inverter from the 9300 Servo range. The complete type number identifies the version with an integrated technology controller and V911 encoder configuration. Documented values are 1.5 kW rated motor power with a 3 × 400/480 V AC mains supply. Rated output current is 3.9 A, mains current is 5.5 A and typical DC-link voltage is DC 560 V. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.

No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
