The Lenze I51AE111F10010001S is a compact i510 cabinet frequency inverter for controlled three-phase drives in industrial machinery and plant engineering. This exact version is intended for three-phase 400-/480-V supplies and provides 1.1 kW or 1.5 hp rated power. The permissible mains voltage range is 340 to 528 V at 45 to 65 Hz. The output supplies 0 to 400/480 V, 2.2 kVA apparent power and 3 A rated current at switching frequencies of 2, 4 or 8 kHz. At 16 kHz, the documented rated output current is 2 A. Lenze specifies a rated input current of 3.7 A without a mains choke and 2.5 A with a mains choke. The IP20 version incorporates an RFI filter and is designed for installation in a control cabinet. CANopen and Modbus RTU allow integration into existing control and fieldbus architectures. Five digital inputs, one digital output, two analog inputs, one analog output and one NO/NC relay are available for control signals. This allows common setpoint, enable, signalling and feedback functions to be connected without an additional basic I/O module. The i510 cabinet series is suitable for conveyor, travel, pump, fan and agitator drives, among other applications.
