Self-ventilation and resolver feedback define the Lenze MDSKARS080-22 from the MDSKA series. The asynchronous servo motor has a rated power of 2.3 kW, a rated speed of 4,100 min⁻¹ and a rated voltage of 390 V. In the drive system, it converts controlled electrical power into rotary motion; the resolver supplies feedback for speed and position. The rated torque is 5.4 Nm at a rated current of 5.8 A. At standstill, the specified values are 8.0 Nm and 7.7 A. The upper operating values are a maximum torque of 60 Nm and a maximum speed of 8,000 min⁻¹. The rated frequency of the 2.3-kW version is 140 Hz. The complete MDSKARS080-22 designation combines size 080, the 22 motor version and the resolver encoder system. Self-ventilation and the square housing shape the mechanical design. General motor data for the series specify protection rating IP54 and thermal design up to insulation class F. The shaft connection has a diameter of 24 mm with a keyway; the associated drawing specifies 40 mm of usable shaft length. For the B5 A200/FF165 version without brake, the Lenze dimensional drawing shows a housing width of 180 mm, a maximum height including the connector area of 199.5 mm and an overall depth of 302 mm including the shaft. Net weight is 15.1 kg. The published dimensions therefore cover the flange, shaft, connector area and motor body together. Rated power, voltage, current, speed, torque, resolver and complete identification number jointly establish the technical product binding. The combination of 2.3 kW, 140 Hz and 4,100 min⁻¹ distinguishes this version from the documented 70-Hz version of the same size.
The item supplied will have the stated manufacturer or type number and the stated condition category. Serial number, manufacturing date, labels, colour, packaging and normal signs of use or storage may differ. Unless expressly confirmed, technical information is provided to identify the device type. The complete manufacturer or type number is decisive.
