Sixteen relay outputs characterize the Mitsubishi Electric FX5U-32MR/DS as a DC version of the MELSEC iQ-F FX5U compact controller. The assembly combines the CPU, memory, power supply and local input/output terminals in a single base unit. It thus forms the central control unit for the user program and the connected digital signals. On the input side, 16 channels for 24 V DC are provided. Their Sink/Source configuration defines the two possible wiring arrangements for the input circuits. The common input terminal is marked S/S; the input signals are assigned to terminals X0 to X7 and X10 to X17. On the output side, this version operates with relay contacts. The 16 outputs are divided into four groups of four points each, assigned to the common connections COM0 to COM3. These connection groups form part of the specific wiring structure of this 32-point version. For an order with shipping from Germany to the United States and other international destinations, the base unit is offered with this combination of DC inputs and relay outputs. The designation R/DS identifies the combination of DC power supply, Sink/Source inputs and relay outputs specified by the device type. Electrical connections use terminal blocks for power and signals. On the DC version, the power supply terminals are marked plus and minus; a 24-V service power supply of the kind found on the AC base units is not provided here. How are the outputs of the FX5U-32MR/DS arranged?
The base unit has 16 relay outputs in four groups with four points each. The groups use the common connections COM0 to COM3.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?
The shipping method, shipping cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed for the specific order. Depending on the item, destination and urgency, we can check parcel, express or freight shipping as well as collection.
A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.
Which payment terms apply?
The payment terms stated in the checkout or order confirmation apply. Depending on the order and customer, payment is made in advance or against invoice.
International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
