Keypad operation defines the Siemens 6AV3627-1JK00-0AX0: the SIMATIC HMI Operator Panel OP27 has 24 function keys, 18 of them with LED, and 24 system keys. Numeric, alphanumeric and hexadecimal entries are made using the integrated membrane keypad. This version has no touchscreen. Labelling strips permit custom marking of the designated function keys on the control panel. The monochrome 5.7-inch STN-LC display shows eight grey levels at 240 × 320 pixels and supports graphic displays. An x86 processor running at 33 MHz operates inside. Flash and RAM memory are available; user data memory has a capacity of 1.024 kB. The panel has one TTY interface, two RS232 interfaces, one RS422 interface and one RS485 interface. RS485 supports transmission rates up to 12 Mbit/s. A slot for a PC Card is also provided. The supply is 18 V DC. Rated current is 0.3 A and typical power consumption is 8 W. The specified mounting position is vertical; an inclination of up to 35 degrees is allowed without additional forced ventilation. The device front achieves IP65, while the rear is IP20. The panel layout separates the operator front from the rear connections. RMOS is specified as the operating system. ProTool version 3.1 or later provides configuration. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
