A 60 mm wide enclosure identifies the Mitsubishi Electric MR-C40A-UE as a compact AC servo amplifier from the MELSERVO-C range. It uses a single-phase 200 to 230 V AC supply at 50 or 60 Hz. The permissible voltage range is 170 to 253 V AC, while the permitted frequency fluctuation is no more than ±5 percent. Mitsubishi specifies sinusoidal PWM with current control as the control method. Position control receives its commands through a pulse-train input. Model-adaptive control logic and real-time auto-tuning are documented functions. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
