For three-phase supplies in the 400-V class, the Omron 3G3MX2-A4004-E combines the power stage and drive control in a compact MX2 inverter. Its input range extends from 380 V −15 % to 480 V +10 % at 50/60 Hz. In constant-torque operation, the specified motor rating is 0.4 kW with a rated output current of 1.8 A; for variable torque, the corresponding values are 0.75 kW and 2.1 A. Rated output capacity at 380 V is 1.1 or 1.3 kVA, depending on the load profile. V/f control and sensorless vector control are available for motor regulation. The drive functions include 200 % starting torque at 0.5 Hz and variable DC braking. An integrated operator interface supports local control and parameter setting, while RS-485 with Modbus RTU provides serial communication. The inverter also incorporates a braking transistor for connection to an external braking circuit. The power terminals on the A4004-E version use M4 screws with a tightening torque of 1.4 Nm and are specified for AWG16 conductors. This IP20 power rating uses natural cooling without a fan. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
