Product description
Two incremental encoder inputs and four proximity switch inputs characterise the Pilz 773815 speed monitoring module with the type designation PNOZ ms2p HTL. It belongs to the configurable PNOZmulti system. The incremental encoders are connected to eight-pin RJ45 sockets. Their input signal level lies between 12 and 30 Vss, and the input frequency range between 0 and 200 kHz. The differential signals A and /A as well as B and /B have a phase offset of 90 degrees with a tolerance of plus or minus 30 degrees. The input resistance of the encoder circuit is 10 kΩ. Different electrical values apply to the proximity switch inputs: the high level is 11 to 30 V and the low level is minus 3 to plus 5 V. The input resistance there is 3 kΩ, and the input frequency ranges from 0 to 3 kHz. The supply via the base unit is specified as 5 V or 24 V DC, with a power consumption of 1 W. The voltage tolerance is minus 15 to plus 20 percent. A range of 0 to 2,500 ms is defined for the configurable switch-off delay. The encoder connections and the terminal block are separate connection areas of this HTL version; when it is ordered, shipping to the United States and other international destinations is arranged for the specific order. The ambient temperature is specified as 0 to plus 60 °C. The housing measures 45 mm in width, 94 mm in height and 121 mm in depth. The net weight is 220 g. The status is indicated by LEDs on the front of the module.

How many encoder connections does the Pilz 773815 have?
There are two incremental encoder inputs with eight-pin RJ45 sockets.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?
The shipping method, shipping cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed for the specific order. Depending on the item, destination and urgency, we can check parcel, express or freight shipping as well as collection.
A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.
Which payment terms apply?

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
