Product description
With a shaft with feather key and without a holding brake, the Siemens 1FK7022-5AK71-1DA0 is defined as a specific mechanical version of the SIMOTICS S 1FK7 Compact series. The synchronous servo motor forms the rotating drive component in the closed-loop axis system. The feather key belongs to the shaft end; tolerance N applies to the shaft. The motor is built in type of construction IM B5 with the associated mounting positions IM V1 and IM V3 as well as flange 1. Its feedback works with an incremental encoder I-2048 and 2048 signals per revolution. The encoder information is transmitted via the DRIVE-CLiQ interface. Encoder principle, resolution and interface are thus described as related equipment features of this variant. The electrical power is connected via a separate power connector; the signal connection is also designed as a plug connection. Which encoder system does the motor have?

What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
