Siemens 1FK7103-5AF71-1AV5-Z combines a permanent-magnet SIMOTICS S synchronous servo motor from the 1FK7 range with a K613 bevel gearbox. The compact motor is designed for a rated speed of 3,000 min⁻¹ and achieves a rated torque of 14.0 Nm at 100 K with a rated current of 12.0 A. Siemens specifies up to 108.0 Nm motor torque and 84.0 A maximum current for dynamic acceleration. Eight poles, natural cooling and a KTY84 sensor in the stator winding support controlled operation in regulated axes. Feedback is provided by an incremental IC2048S/R encoder with a 1 Vpp sine/cosine signal, 2,048 signal periods and C and D tracks. Mechanically, the motor has IM B5 mounting design and rotatable power and signal connectors. The housing meets IP65, while IP67 is specified at the drive-end flange. A permanent-magnet holding brake with 41.0 Nm holding torque and 24 V DC supplements axis retention. The K613 bevel gearbox uses a ratio of i=24 to provide an output speed of 104 min⁻¹ and a rated output torque of 470 Nm at S3-60 %. This makes the unit suitable for angled conveyor, positioning and handling axes that combine high output torque with precise servo control. It supports reliable operation in existing systems. The -Z suffix remains part of the complete type designation. Specific Z options are not guaranteed by the shop and are confirmed against the actually available unit before an order is placed. A particular optional shaft, gearbox or connector arrangement is therefore not promised.
