With 210 V direct voltage in the DC link, the Siemens 1FT5102-0AC01-0-Z belongs to the AC feed drive technology of the 1FT5 series. The servo motor forms the motor unit of a feed axis and is supplied electrically via the associated drive. Its rated speed is 2000 min⁻¹; the specified torque of 33 Nm refers to the temperature condition 100 K. This thermal reference value belongs to the torque value and must be considered together with it when reviewing the motor data. The DC link voltage describes the direct voltage side of the drive and is to be distinguished from a mains supply voltage. Two encoder functions are present on the motor: a tachogenerator detects the speed, while the rotor position encoder provides the position information. Speed and position information thus form different feedback variables of the feed drive. Electrically, power and signals are connected separately. The power connection is located in the terminal box; a dedicated connector is provided for the signal side. For an order of this motor with shipping from Germany to the United States and other international destinations, the connection specifications refer to this version with terminal box and signal connector. The mechanical mounting design is IM B5, supplemented by the mounting positions IM V1 and IM V3. This identifies the flange design as a structural feature. The housing has degree of protection IP64 and the motor operates with natural cooling. For spatial orientation, the dimensions are 190 mm in width, 250 mm in height and 410 mm in length. The combination of flange design, upper terminal box and separate signal connection describes the mechanical and electrical construction of this 1FT5 version. The tachogenerator and the rotor position encoder supplement the motor unit with separate detection of speed and rotor position.

Which connections does the motor have?
The power connection is made via a terminal box; a separate connector is available for signals.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?
The shipping method, shipping cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed for the specific order. Depending on the item, destination and urgency, we can check parcel, express or freight shipping as well as collection.
A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.
Which payment terms apply?

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
