As a Nanopanel-PC in the SIMATIC IPC277D series, this version combines a screen and a PC computing unit in one device. The operator interface is therefore part of a PC platform with its own processor, RAM and CompactFlash storage. In industrial operation and monitoring, this combination provides the basis for a computer-based human-machine interface. The computing hardware consists of an Intel Atom E660 at 1.3 GHz and 2 GB of RAM. A SIMATIC PC CompactFlash with 8 GB of storage capacity is also included. RAM and CompactFlash perform different tasks: RAM supports ongoing program execution, while CompactFlash forms the separate storage medium of the configuration. This version has two RJ45 Ethernet ports with 10/100/1000 MBit/s, three USB-2.0 connections and one COM 1 serial connection.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
