Siemens 6GK5208-0HA00-2AS6 is the managed SCALANCE XP208 Industrial Ethernet switch for machine-level automation networks. Eight D-coded M12 connections each provide 10/100 Mbit/s. The compact aluminium enclosure has IP65 protection. Status LEDs, an electrical signalling contact and a separate console interface are fitted to the unit. The console interface is a five-pole, A-coded M12 socket. Siemens also documents LED indications for port, supply and fault states. The maximum Ethernet frame length stated in the data sheet is 1.518 bytes. The unit uses a 24 V DC supply within the documented range of 19.2 to 28.8 V. Two A-coded M12 connections are provided for redundant power input. Siemens specifies maximum current consumption of 0.21 A and power loss of 5 W. What power supply does the SCALANCE XP208 use?
The unit uses 24 V DC within a range of 19.2 to 28.8 V, with two A-coded M12 connections for redundant input.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?

A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.
Which payment terms apply?

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
