Siemens 6GK7542-1AX10-0XE0 is the CM 1542-1 communications module for the SIMATIC S7-1500 automation system. The module provides an S7-1500 station with a separate Industrial Ethernet or PROFINET connection. Two electrically isolated RJ45 sockets form an integrated 2-port switch. Siemens documents line and ring structures as well as the Media Redundancy Protocol MRP. The port configuration and full article number distinguish this version from communications processors with a different number of ports and additional security functions. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
