Depending on the torque characteristic, two different power ratings apply to the Siemens 6SE6440-2UD38-8FA1: 90 kW at constant torque and 110 kW at quadratic torque. The frequency converter belongs to the MICROMASTER 440 series and combines this power assignment with a three-phase mains connection for 380 to 480 V AC. The two power ratings are tied to their respective load characteristic and therefore do not describe freely interchangeable rated values. A tolerance of plus ten or minus ten percent is stated for the mains voltage. The mains frequency range extends from 47 to 63 Hz; it describes the supply of the converter and not an output frequency of the motor. In addition to the power at constant torque, two time-limited overload ratings are listed. A load of 136 percent is stated for 57 seconds, while 160 percent is limited to three seconds. The associated time thus remains part of each overload value. What do the power ratings of 90 and 110 kW stand for?
90 kW applies at constant torque, 110 kW at quadratic torque. The load characteristic belongs to the respective power rating.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?

A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.
Which payment terms apply?

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
