The Siemens 6SL3055-0AA00-3BA0 combines ten fail-safe digital inputs with four fail-safe digital outputs. The SINAMICS S120 Terminal Module TM54F is an additional control-cabinet module for controlling extended Safety Integrated functions. Via DRIVE-CLiQ, the module communicates, among others, with the CU310-2 and CU320-2 Control Units, SINUMERIK 828D, the NX10.3 and NX15.3 Numeric Control Extensions, and SIMOTION D or a Controller Extension. The electrically isolated digital inputs comply with IEC 61131-2 Type 1. Their voltage range extends from -3 to +30 V; 15 to 30 V are considered the high level. Typical hardware delays are specified as 30 µs for a change from low to high and 60 µs in the opposite direction. The four permanently short-circuit-proof outputs switch 24 V DC and each carry a maximum of 0.5 A. The safe state is the switched-off output. The sampling cycle for safe inputs and outputs can be set between 4 and 25 ms. Three 24-V sensor supplies are provided; two of them can be briefly switched off by an internal test routine for dynamic testing of safe inputs. Connections use plug-in screw terminals up to 1.5 mm². Without DRIVE-CLiQ supply, X524 requires 0.2 A at 24 V DC. A maximum of 4 A is specified at X514 for outputs and sensor supply. Maximum power loss is 4.5 W. Safety Integrated is specified in accordance with IEC 61508 up to SIL 2 and EN ISO 13849-1 up to PL d and Category 3. The module measures 50 × 151 × 110 mm and weighs approximately 0.9 kg.

Which safe inputs and outputs does the Siemens TM54F offer?
The Terminal Module has ten fail-safe digital inputs and four permanently short-circuit-proof fail-safe digital outputs. Each output is rated for a maximum of 0.5 A at 24 V DC.

What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?
The shipping method, shipping cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed for the specific order. Depending on the item, destination and urgency, we can check parcel, express or freight shipping as well as collection.
A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.
Which payment terms apply?
The payment terms stated in the checkout or order confirmation apply. Depending on the order and customer, payment is made in advance or against invoice.
International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
