Siemens 6SL3210-1PE31-8AL0 is a SINAMICS G120 Power Module PM240-2 for high-power industrial drives. The unit operates on three-phase networks from 380 to 480 V AC with a permitted range of +10/-20 % and a line frequency from 47 to 63 Hz. In the High Overload rating, the Power Module provides 75 kW; 90 kW is documented for Low Overload. The version can therefore be matched to different load profiles, provided that the motor, Control Unit, parameter set and thermal conditions suit the application. The High Overload profile permits 200 % for 3 seconds, 150 % for 57 seconds and 100 % for 240 seconds. In Low Overload operation, the specified values are 150 % for 3 seconds, 110 % for 57 seconds and 100 % for 240 seconds. An integrated braking chopper supports applications with dynamic braking, while the class A line filter identifies the intended EMC version. The PM240-2 has frame size FSF and IP20 protection for installation in protected control cabinets. Internal air cooling requires a documented airflow of 0.153 m³/s. The ambient temperature range is -20 to 50 °C for High Overload and -20 to 40 °C for Low Overload. With approximate dimensions of 708 x 305 x 357 mm and a net weight of about 63 kg, installation space, load capacity and airflow must be checked carefully.
