The software prerequisites are SINUMERIK 840D NCK SW from 5.1 including the SIMODRIVE-611-digital-HLA module from 1.0 and MMC SW from 5.1 or HMI SW from 6. For mechanical installation, the HLA manual specifies tightening torques of 0.8 Nm for M3, 1.8 Nm for M4 and 3.0 Nm for M5. The documented hardware basis comprises NCU versions 561.2, 571.2, 572.2 and 573.2. Its unambiguous assignment prevents confusion with electrically designed 611D control inserts and supports controlled recommissioning of hydraulic machine axes. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.

No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
