Two analog inputs and four digital inputs feed control and reference signals into the ABB ACS180-04S-033A-4 machinery drive. This compact ACS180 series variable frequency drive is designed as a three-phase 400-V unit with 15 kW IEC rated power and 32 A output current. Its designation identifies the standard version with an integrated Safe Torque Off function. Scalar control and sensorless vector control are available for motor regulation. The switching frequency can be adjusted from 1.5 to 12 kHz, with 4 kHz as the default setting. Communication is provided through EIA-485 with Modbus RTU. An RJ45 connection is also available for an external control panel or PC tool. One analog output, one transistor output and one relay output complement the integrated I/O. Frame sizes R2 through R4 additionally provide connections for a brake chopper, braking resistor and DC link. The ACS180-04S-033A-4 is assigned to frame size R3. The three-phase supply range is 380 to 480 V AC with a tolerance of -15 to +10 percent. For this version, nominal input current is 33.9 A, or 27 A with a mains choke, while maximum output current reaches 45 A for two seconds at start. The heavy-duty rating is 21 A and 15 hp. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

Which payment terms apply?

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect. Details in Section 12 of the Terms.
