Product description

The Bosch Rexroth DKC03.3-100-7-FW connects ECODRIVE03 command communication through the PROFIBUS-DP interface X30. The connection uses a 9-pin D-Sub connector with RS485 data lines, bus ground and a 5-V repeater supply. Separate device connections are present for the control and power sections, two encoders, motor temperature monitoring and the holding brake. The complete type designation identifies the DKC03.3 version in the 100-A size and voltage category 7; the firmware module is listed as a separate component. The power section accepts a single-phase or three-phase AC supply from 200 to 480 V at 50 to 60 Hz. Its switching frequency can be set to 4 or 8 kHz. The type current and first peak current are 100 A. The second peak current is 40 A at 4 kHz and 32 A at 8 kHz. The same figures apply to the second continuous current, while the first continuous current is 32 A or 21 A. Depending on the switching frequency, the maximum output frequency is 400 or 800 Hz. The DC link operates between 300 and 800 V. The enclosure has a control-cabinet format and an IP20 degree of protection. An internal fan cools the power section and braking resistor with a shared airflow of approximately 48 m³/h. Without internal continuous braking power, device power loss at the second continuous current is 420 W. The enclosure is 105 mm wide, 360 mm high and 261 mm deep. With a weight of 9.7 kg, the supply configuration, switching frequency, firmware module and command interface version remain relevant for technical identification.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Contact us
Which communication interface does the Bosch Rexroth DKC03.3-100-7-FW have?

The DKC03.3 version has a PROFIBUS-DP interface at X30 through a 9-pin D-Sub connection.

Which current and frequency values apply to the 100-A size?

The type current is 100 A. The second continuous current is 40 A at 4 kHz or 32 A at 8 kHz; the maximum output frequency is 400 or 800 Hz.

What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?

For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.

In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?

The shipping method, shipping cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed for the specific order. Depending on the item, destination and urgency, we can check parcel, express or freight shipping as well as collection.

A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.

Which payment terms apply?

The payment terms stated in the checkout or order confirmation apply. Depending on the order and customer, payment is made in advance or against invoice.

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?

No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect. Details in Section 12 of the Terms.

Can I request individual pricing for several items?

You may request an individual quotation for several items or larger quantities. We then check availability and pricing for the specific requirement; there is no entitlement to a quantity discount. Open the quick enquiry.

Do you also purchase industrial spare parts?

Yes. You can offer us automation and drive components for purchase. Please provide complete type numbers, quantities, condition details and photographs where possible.

After review, we will tell you whether a purchase is possible and on which terms. Learn more about selling industrial stock.
