For Bosch Rexroth 0 608 600 003, the press spindle and measuring converter form an assigned PS50 measuring unit. The integrated displacement transducer records ram travel incrementally, while the force transducer provides its signal through the measuring converter as a 0-to-5-V output. This version is specified with 50 kN rated force, a working range of 20 to 100 percent and 180 mm maximum stroke. Ram speed ranges from 1 to 100 mm/s; displacement repeatability is less than ±0.05 mm and force accuracy is ±1 percent. Mechanical details include the tool holder according to DIN 810 with bore Ø 25 H7, a 142 mm mounting grid and four M12 fastening points. The press spindle has degree of protection IP54 and an ambient temperature range of +10 to +50 °C. Three proximity switches mark the reference point and the upper and lower software end points. Two additional breakage safeguards limit mechanical travel. The force signal is amplified in the measuring converter, which also supplies the displacement encoder with 5 V. Direction of movement is derived from the timing sequence of two square-wave pulses offset by 90 degrees. Press spindle, measuring converter and encoder cable share a common assignment. Which measurement signals does the PS50 press spindle provide?
The incremental displacement transducer records ram travel. The force transducer is evaluated through the assigned measuring converter, whose force output ranges from 0 to 5 V.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
