Product description

Designed as a permanent-magnet synchronous servo motor in the MKD071 range, the Bosch Rexroth MKD071B-061-KP1-KN handles controlled drive motion. Winding 061 provides 8 Nm continuous standstill torque and 11.2 A continuous current with natural convection; peak current is 50.4 A. Maximum speed is 6,000 min⁻¹. Code K identifies resolver feedback with an integrated multiturn absolute encoder. The output shaft is a keyed design according to DIN 6885-1 with a shaft sealing ring. The option sequence also includes a 24-V holding brake with 5 Nm holding torque. Power and encoder connections are routed through the terminal box, whose cable outlet can be aligned to side A or B during installation. Electrical characteristics include a torque constant of 0.77 Nm/A, a voltage constant of 70 V per 1,000 min⁻¹, 1.45 ohms winding resistance and 7.2 mH winding inductance. The rotor has four pole pairs and an inertia of 8.7 × 10⁻⁴ kgm². The thermal time constant with natural convection is 45 minutes. The permissible ambient temperature range is 0 to 40 °C. The standard housing is rated IP65 with insulation class F. Mechanical details include a 115 mm flange, 95 mm centring diameter and 19-mm shaft. Axial length is 264 mm.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Contact us
Which encoder and shaft configuration does the MKD071B-061-KP1-KN use?

The KP code identifies resolver feedback with an integrated multiturn absolute encoder and a keyed shaft according to DIN 6885-1 with a shaft sealing ring.

Which holding brake is integrated in the MKD071B-061-KP1-KN?

Option code 1 specifies a holding brake with 5.0 Nm holding torque, 24 V DC rated voltage and 0.56 A rated current.

What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?

For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.

In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?

The shipping method, shipping cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed for the specific order. Depending on the item, destination and urgency, we can check parcel, express or freight shipping as well as collection.
