Its performance data and duty rating clearly assign the Control Techniques M700-03400078-A to Unidrive frame size 3. On a three-phase supply at 380 to 480 V AC and 45 to 66 Hz, the unit reaches 7.8 A continuous current at 3 kW motor power in Heavy Duty operation. Normal Duty ratings are 10.4 A and 4 kW. The product code identifies an AC input and AC output with an internal line reactor. Integrated communications include EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, RTMoE and PROFINET. The Ethernet protocols of the M700 platform are therefore available without an additional communications module. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
