The Control Techniques UNI1402 is a frequency inverter from the Unidrive Classic series for industrial three-phase motors. Its documented rated power is 1.1 kW or 1.5 hp. The inverter operates from a three-phase supply in the range 380 to 480 V and is designed for 50/60 Hz. At a switching frequency of 3 kHz, the documented rated output current is 2.8 A. Control Techniques specifies a typical input current of 4.3 A and a maximum continuous input current of 5.5 A for this drive size. The associated mains fuse rating is 10 A, while the documented cable cross-section is 2.5 mm² or 14 AWG. V/f control and sensorless vector control support different motor and machine applications. The drive protects itself thermally at ambient temperatures up to 40 °C. These values are essential when selecting a spare because power rating, voltage class, motor current and the existing control-cabinet design must all match. The documented connection values facilitate a technical comparison with the installed equipment. For repair, retrofit or spare-parts stocking, only the complete type number UNI1402 is decisive. Similarly named UNI1401, UNI1403 or LFT versions may differ in power, current, software, options and motor concept. Before replacement, the mains supply, motor ratings, operating mode, braking concept, control terminals, optional modules, stored parameter set and cooling conditions must be checked against the installation. Manufacturer instructions for isolation, grounding, EMC-compliant wiring, fusing and motor parameterisation must be followed. Existing parameters should be backed up and transferred in a controlled manner before hardware replacement. The UNI1402 is therefore a targeted spare for existing Unidrive Classic applications with the identical type number and confirmed 1.1-kW rating.

We generally dispatch immediately - in many cases on the same working day. For particularly urgent requirements or machine downtime, we find a suitable solution as quickly as possible and provide a specific delivery window on request.
Express shipping or collection from our premises is also possible, depending on the situation. State your requirements during the ordering process or contact us directly.
We ship worldwide and work with reliable shipping partners, from parcel services to freight forwarding. Freight shipments normally require some preparation so the goods arrive safely and undamaged.
Payment is normally made by bank transfer against invoice. Payment is due within 10 calendar days of receiving the goods.
As a rule, we offer purchase on account for all customers. In individual cases, such as new customers or particularly high-value components, we may agree advance payment. This decision is made individually and communicated transparently.
Because we sell exclusively to business customers (B2B), there is no general right of return and no consumer right of withdrawal.
Please note that returns of functioning goods are generally excluded. In justified exceptional cases, we can assess an individual solution, but this is not the standard procedure.
For larger order quantities or several items of one type, we can offer individual discounts.
Simply send us a quick enquiry - we check availability and will gladly prepare a tailored quotation with quantity pricing.
Yes, we also purchase automation components, such as frequency inverters, PLC assemblies, panels, servo motors and CPUs. Components from Siemens, Lenze, Schneider Electric, Control Techniques or Heidenhain are especially sought after, and other brands are also possible.
